Policy
Cancellations & Preparation
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within the 48-hour window, as this covers reserved scheduling and dispatch. Please ensure all vehicles are cleared of personal belongings and that junk removal items are accessible. If a vehicle has mechanical issues or requires winch service, please notify us during the quoting process to avoid delays.
CLAIMS & LIABILITY
H.O.T. HAULERS is fully licensed and insured, and we handle every item with the utmost care. In the event of damage, please report it immediately upon delivery. To be eligible for review, all written claims must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in our signed Transport Agreement, and all incurred tolls or permits are passed through to the client.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBLITIES
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
To secure your transport date, a 25% deposit is required for all long-distance hauls, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. For your convenience, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance; last-minute or expedited requests are accommodated whenever possible, subject to a priority surcharge.
